In May (2007), the our family was blessed with not one, not two, but three graduations, Betsy and Amy from college, and Megan from high school.
Our college graduates, Betsy and Amy
- Betsy (on the left) graduated with honors in Elementary Education from Mid-America Nazarene University on May 5. Betsy plans to teach this coming year, possible overseas and hopefully Kindergarten (or 1st or 2nd grade).
- Amy (on the lower right) will graduate with honors in Music Education from the University of Kansas on May 20. Amy plans to teach music at an elementary school in the Lawrence area.
Our high school graduate, Megan
Megan (on upper middle) graduated from high school on Saturday, May 26. The PowerPoint from her graduation ceremony is on our family web site: http://www.dcbarfield.org.
Megan plans to attend Washburn University this fall to complete general education courses before transferring to Johnson County Community College to major in Dental Hygiene.
Now we are all trying to figure out what next.
